GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2025

By hiring any of my services (Website, E-commerce, Graphic Design, Community Management or Video Production), the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Payments and Billing: All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the services detailed in each plan. The client agrees to pay for the services according to the details of each plan or service described herein. For monthly services, payment must be made in advance each month. Payments are made through this website, via bank transfer or WISE.

  2. Delivery Times: Delivery times are specified in each plan and begin once the initial payment and all necessary materials have been received from the client. Delays in delivering content or materials by the client may affect final delivery times.

  3. Revisions and Modifications: Each plan includes a specific number of revision rounds. Additional revisions will incur an extra charge, which will be quoted as needed. Revision requests must be made within 5 days after delivery.

  4. Cancellations and Refunds: If the client decides to cancel the project after it has started, the initial payment will not be refunded. No refunds will be issued once the final approved content has been delivered.

  5. Content Usage: The client retains all usage rights to the final content, except for any licensed materials used under specific agreements. We reserve the right to showcase parts of the work as part of our professional portfolio, unless the client explicitly prohibits this in writing.

  6. Client Responsibilities: The client must provide clear information, content (if applicable), logos, visual materials, and any other required resources in a timely manner. The client is responsible for the use of the delivered content, as well as for any image rights of third parties included.

  7. Confidentiality: All information shared by the client will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed without authorization.

  8. Communication: Official communication will take place via email and/or WhatsApp. For Premium projects, regular virtual meetings will be included.

  9. Contract and Validity: By accepting a proposal or making a payment, the client agrees to these terms. For community manager projects and certain standard and premium plans, the contract duration will be as indicated in the service/plan description.
